Please note that pre-booking (minimum 24 hours) is required as drop-ins are not permitted.

LESSONS:
Tuesdays, 5:30pm – 7:00pm. All ages and levels are welcome.

March 11th: 5pm-6:30pm All ages Roll Owlsome Session with special guests Kick boxing Champions for fun by end of the session for those who is interested to try and wear gloves after skating time. Price $30.

DUE TO RENOVATIONS IN OUR ROLLER DISCO GYM STUDIO ALL SKATING ACTIVITIES TEMPORARILY ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ROLLER OWL YOUTH SKATING CENTRE – SUN WAH CENTRE, CHINATOWN VANCOUVER.

• Safety notice: helmet, (as per the Canada Helmet Law), protective gear for wrists, elbows, and knees (these are required). Extra protection recommended. Skate at your own risk.
• What to wear: comfortable clothes (this is strongly advised).
• What to bring: a bottle of water.

Summer 2021 Schedule. June 1st – July 31st, 2021
Tuesdays: 5:30pm – 6:00pm Ages 3-8, $15 per one lesson.
6:00pm – 7pm Ages 9-14, $25 per one lesson/ or $20 per lesson with monthly payments (usually 4 tickets or 5 for months with 5 weeks).
7pm – 8 pm – Ages 15+ $25 per one lesson/ or $20 per lesson with monthly payments (usually 4 tickets or 5 for months with 5 weeks). 

SKATE CAMP with games & snacks:
AUG 2, 9, 16: 5:30PM – 7 PM: All ages. One session: $25, 3 sessions $60 ($20 each).

BREAK: Aug 23 – 31. We resume our lessons: September 7th, 2021.

Learn in a small space, at your home or garage and use your skills outdoors!

Bring with you: water, hula hoop (or a book), slalom cones (or paper cups, sticky notes).
I host from my Roller Dance Owl Home Studio on roller skates. You can wear socks or skates (then wear helmet and protection for wrists, elbows and knees), and do it from any small space (9-10ft/ 3 m) in your house or garage (with no corners around for your safety).
Download Zoom (it’s free), make Video and Audio ON in your settings, have stable Internet connection. If I can see you, I can correct your movements. 

*** We provide One FREE online lesson to every new student around the world. Get basic skills and safety tips first before you’re planning to try roller skating without supervision. Roller Dance Owl Halftime Show at Bellingham Roller Betties Season 12, Bout 3 (Washington State, US)

I would like to thank all participants for the great job during our roller dance tour in US on May 18-19. On Saturday, May 18th we had Halftime Show performance at Roller Betties Season 12, Bout 3 at Whatcom Community College, Bellingham Washington state. Owls got incredible experience. Thanks to Michael, Chloe, Noa, Mia & Naomi. You guys did a fantastic job!
We’d like to thank rhythm skater Chad Driesbach from Seattle for his time and partnership in this project. 
 
Thanks to our baby Owl Mannat and her family for coming to Bellingham for supporting Roller Dance Owl performance team on Saturday.
Special thanks to Michael’s mom for taking pictures and videos of our performance.
We had an amazing road trip, with the lunch together and lots of fun!

Wheelchair & Roller Dance Owl performance – Miss Wheelchair Canada 2018

Some of my friends say that sometimes I have weird dreams. Roller dance with wheelchair community was one of my latest dreams. Can you imagine how exciting it was when one day the organizers of Miss Wheelchair Canada 2018 contacted me and asked me to help with dance workshops and performance at the Gala show for the event. It was a blessing. It was an amazing experience. Everyone in our wheelchair-roller dance group had different physical abilities though we had the same passion for Life and Dance, everyone – on his own wheels! That’s why we had only 2 evenings for practices but we did our best and had great time together during our workshops and on the stage.

Here is a video of us. Wheelchair & Roller Dance Owl performance at the Gala show of the Miss Wheelchair Canada 2018 on August 25th, 2018 with my lovely three Roller Owls & with beautiful candidates from Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver and other areas. 

Thanks for the inspiration ladies. Thanks to all the organizers.  Special thanks to outstanding person Olesya Kornienko. Thanks to Roundhouse Community centre for having us. God bless you all. I wish Wheelchair Community will get more help from the society.
